Convenient

The staff are genuinely focused on helping their customers have a good experience. I like the feedback they share to let you know what to expect. Especially when there’s issues impacting service levels.

Well, I never used the parking part. But I couldn’t find my reservation and called to have it resent a couple of days before my flight. The agent who helped me was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient in her demeanor. As it turned out , I was very ill the morning of my flight and had to cancel all of my travel plans. I waited a tad too long to cancel parking and ended up missing canceling by 45 minutes, so I paid to park. Next time I’ll remember to cancel parking before my flight and hotel. 😉

Fast, efficient,good customer service

You’re very user friendly but your prices went up too high. I will shop around for better pricing or service. I used to solely use only you.

Convenience of parking in covered lot and being picked up at my car and then being dropped off at my car.

The lot is the closest to the airport and the drivers were attentive and at my car in no time to pick me up. They were very friendly, helpful and lifted luggage, too. Getting back to the lot was easy and Cora helped me know where to wait for the shuttle and took care of my bag. Great service!
