On return I had difficulty with technology and couldn't get my document to scan. I went over to the window and the person behind it took my paperwork and figured everything out in a matter o minutes. She was cheerful and performed over & above to make sure I did not have any other issues.
And before i left she gave me a bottle of water for the road.

Very conveniently located close to the airport.

Our driver on the night of 12/11 was such a nice and helpful guy. Joked around with everyone and kept the mood positive on a rainy crowded night.

convenient, but please bring back the on-property bag check feature! Also bring back transportation to the International terminal (this may ultimately force me to change to an alternative parking provider).
Driver of my last trip was driving WAY TOO FAST!!! I like to drive fast myself, but this was ridiculous and excessive with a bus full of passengers...
driver before that was few and far between at the pickup point with long wait time, and then overcrowded the bus with too many passengers (one person was sitting on the lap of another, and more luggage than the rack could hold leaving excess bags all over the isle).

Easy to find parking. Short wait time on Shuttle service from parking lot to airport and vice-versa. Great price.

Pick up and drop off right at my car; much safer then walking from on-site airport parking.

It is consistent!

1. You can make your parking reservation on line in advance of your travel.
2. Once you park your car, the shuttle comes to you and helps load your bags rather than airport parking where you might haul your bags for hundreds of yards.
3. Shuttle drops you off right outside the ticketing agent you are flying on.
4. On return, the shuttle picks you up right outside baggage claim.
5. Tunnel carwash was nice to wash off the weeks dust before pulling out of the lot.
6. Maybe most importantly, it is very easy to get to from the interstate.

Safe and reliable

I liked the service rep who helped/educated me on the service. I thought the driver who picked me up on Thursday and the driver that brought me back (from the airport) were very nice. I didn’t have cash but would have liked to extend a tip. Very personable, both. I appreciated it through my uncertainty of the process.
