Easy drop off and quick shuttle to the terminal.
On return prompt pick up and car was pulled up and ready to go all paid up. Couldn’t be easier!

The shuttle bus is waiting to pick me up when I arrive at the parking lot. Not so much at the airport but pretty soon after I arrive.

such friendly and helpful customer service!

Prompt pickup even in very early morning hours. Driver "Fatai" was very helpful when I arrived at airport at 3:00 AM. Parking lot feels very safe. I will use Park and Fly for every trip.

Ease of use and quality of service. I will definitely use again.

I truly appreciate the opportunity to park in a covered ramp to protect the car from foul weather in the wintertime. We loved the ability to summon the shuttle when we landed at 12:30 in the morning. Others who were there as well had to wait for their shuttle not knowing if or when they would arrive.

Fast and easy

Easy to drop off, quick service to MSP, easy pick up at MSP.

The parking lot was secure; I only had to wait a couple of minutes in the lot for a shuttle to the airport; I only had to wait about 10 minutes at the airport for a shuttle back to the lot; and the drivers were friendly and drove safely.

It is convenient and reasonable.

Very easy to book online, convenient pick up process

The shuttle was right there when I parked and right there when I came back to the airport. On a cold night. That was so great.

Convenient, quick, excellent staff at every encounter!

The shuttle Van was spotless clean, the driver was very kind.

Loved our driver last Sunday night, he was very considerate.
We are an older couple, I'm 84, but in fairly good shape, but he took our suitcases and put them directly into our car.
It sure is nice to not have to get out of the bus and go find our car like we had to at our previous parking lot.
I also like that I can schedule parking and pay in advance, also that I earn parking days and can use them to help reduce the cost of parking....

We gave him a nice tip.

I feel like my vehicle is safe there. It is very quick to get to and from the airport. I appreciate being picked up and dropped off right at my car.
