Great prices. Easy to reserve spot in advance. Friendly staff

Prompt and great service

You answered the phone when we called to come park a little early because of weather. Real people not a recording.

I always use PNF because the drivers help with my luggage and always provide good customer service! So convenient!

Quick pick up and drop off!!

Have not flown out of Oakland for8-10 years but always used PNF on my trips. I like the automation of scaning entry/exit. Driver was timely for pickup

Ease of use

I like that it is in a secured lot. The van is always right there to pick you up.
They will even give you a jump start if needed and brush the snow off your car.

Everything! Your drivers were so kind and helpful!

Service was good , How they help with my parking ticket that I misplaced , And we salved the problem quickly.

I never thought my favorite brand of all products or services would be a parking garage! It’s bizarre. I am more loyal to Park N Fly than any other company. Their customer service is amazing and customer centric. Its app is flawless. The facility is wonderful, secure, clean. The pick up and drop offs are seamless. The driver even brushed the snow off my windshield. I recommend Park N Fly to anyone going to the airport.

Very close to the airport. Fwlt like my car was in a safe place. Only complaint was that a car parked so close that our license plate were on top of eachother.

Convenient

Very easy and convenient. I tried out Park n Fly though usually always park at USA parking but think I’ll start using Park n Fly

Economical. Prompt shuttles

The shuttle service is excellent. The drivers are very courteous and helpful. I would like to see the app for logging in and out improved.

It was very convenient. We were picked up at our car and they were there waiting when we got back.

Quick pick up.

Great service, reasonable price and quick response.

Courteous, efficient, nice facility

The van drivers went above and beyond in my opinion. The lady who picked me up on Wednesday 12/14 in the parking lot, was ready to clock out as it she had made her last run. However, she said she didn’t want me to wait for next driver to take me to airport. It was raining and it was my first time parking at your facility and didn’t know I was suppose to wait in my car with lights on. With that said, she made another run to A/P.
And the driver who picked me up at A/P took me directly to my car and loaded up my suitcase in the car!! WOW! That’s a first!

The free car wash and timely shuttles

Very professional, easy to setup a reservation and overall logistics with dropping off and picking up my car was very smooth and quick.

Convenient, prompt service, decent price
