I recently have an issue that I would like for you to check out for me. I flew out of Atlanta on November 30th and returned on December 19th. When I checked in at the airport, I realized that i had left my hat on the shuttle.

I called your office since I had just gotten off the shuttle and they located my hat. It was a brown ball cap with Pheasant Forever embroidered on it. The lady was very nice and said she put my hat aside and put my name and number with the hat and I could pick it up when I returned on December 19th.

When I returned on the 19th the same lady I had spoken with was in the booth. Very nice, said she remembered me from my initial call and would go get my hat.

Unfortunately, she could not locate it. She said it was there the day before and now was not there. The hat was not worth a lot, a $40 hat, that i had just bought and had never been worn.

It is disappointing that your employee took the time to locate the hat and put it aside for me to have someone else. to remove the hat that had my name and number on it.

We were picked up at our car for the short shuttle ride to the terminal. When we returned, we were dropped off at our car. No walking long distances through parking lots, no hoping to remember where you parked. Service was excellent!
