Customer Testimonials

Nigel was super helpful getting us to our flight. Thanks and happy holidays

Shuttle service to and from the airport were fantastic, there was little to no wait. Very reasonable prices and easy to check in and out with the QR code.

You have more buses than any of the other parking places for whenever we park they are right there !! and whenever we return from flight you are right there !!

A family member of mine uses your parking facility whenever they travel and advised they've never had an issue with their car at your facility. I was hesitant to leave my car away from the airport but reserved through your facility reluctantly. Upon arriving and seeing how well lit up your facility is, it immediately made me feel safe and that my car would be safe as well. The lady at the front booth was extremely nice and friendly, and so were the drivers of your vehicles.

Overall, I went from not wanting to leave my car off airport grounds, to knowing that I would 100% definitely use your services again!

Drivers are friendly and site is very close to airport.

So fast and easy to use. Super convenient

Worthwhile

Easy in and out, pick up and drop off at your car, driver waiting when we got off plane, driver assisted with luggage

Friendly staff, close to the airport. We feel safe leaving our car in the covered valet parking. Service to the airport has been a bit different each time, but fine. We've had some issues with the courtesy valet service upon our return. We are supposed to be picked up at the airport in our car but we have to insist on it every time recently and it has resulted in some lengthy delays. Seems to be perhaps a staffing shortage or a misunderstanding of expectations somewhere. The service is phenomenal when it works.

My car needed a jump start when I returned after 2 weeks. You provided pretty fast service to get my car started. Much appreciated!

Fast reliable and friendly.

Very efficient service. The lot was pretty crowded but we managed to get a spot. Drivers were extremely helpful and made it easy to get to our planes.

fast and reliable. drivers are always very courteous

Convenient pick-up. The driver watched for our arrival and drove directly to our parking place to pick us up. Both drivers, going and returning were extremely friendly and helpful in loading/unloading our luggage.

Excellent service from the entire staff.

Convenient, friendly staff, quick drop-offs and pick-ups.

Everything was nice and easy you guys have gotten better through the years.😊

Ease

The location is excellent at OAK and the shuttle service is terrific.

The people are always very nice and helpful, even at 4 am.

Efficient. Great customer service!

We had wonderful service. The system is very organized and easy to use.

Everything except for the app. It doesn't work on android phones well

Drivers both too and from BDL were great. Fast, friendly, and helpful.

I forgot my cellphone in my car, and had to quickly hop a shuttle back to the parking lot and then get back to the terminal for my flight. The driver who took me back to the lot hailed a departing shuttle and had them wait for me at the entrance, where he dropped me off so I didn't have to wait for him to pick up several new customers. I didn't ask him to do that, and it was much-appreciated!

I love that the shuttles are quick to pick me up at my car, and the drivers are all personable and helpful. Even though Park N Fly is not the cheapest off-airport lot, it's worth the extra, and I am a loyal customer.

Friendly drivers and proximity.

Pick up at car and getting to the airport is efficient; don't have to wait too long to get a shuttle back to the lot and dropped right off at car. Drivers are friendly and helpful.
