Customer service is not about ensuring something doesn’t go wrong. It’s about how you deal with things when they do. My trip last night into SFO was uneventful thanks to the group onsite.
From the driver to the cashier to the valet - everyone was positive welcoming and willing to solve any problems.

The barcode reader at the gate is NOT user friendly. While I continued to try to make it work the team opened the gate but is just not intuitive.

What do you like about our services?

Easy to use. The only better thing I would suggest is on the app have a tracker on each bus so we can see how far away it is or the time estimate of arrival. We always have to wait 20-30 minutes and it would be great to have updates.

I enjoy the hospitality that the drivers offer! For both my arrival and departure from midway, the drivers insisted on handling my luggage and making the trip very relaxing. Smooth drives both ways also!
