Very fast pickup and return to car. We were lucky to see the shuttle and the driver was very good about pulling to the curb so we could get out of the cold.

All reservations are made online, especially, when there is a reduction in weekly pricing. Service at the desk is outstanding...trip to the airport is prompt and swift assuring you make your flight time. Pick up is fast and easy... love it when we get back after a long flight and our car is all cleaned off and heated up for comfort. I would never go to another Parking Lot at Bradley Airport. Don’t fix what’s “never” broken...excellent company and highly satisfied with Park and Fly!! All employees should be commended for great customer service skill.

We returned to MSP in a blizzard, at midnight. I worried about the car sitting outside in the heavy snow on the way home, concerned that It being only two wheel drive it would not be able to pull out of the deep snow and that I was not equipped to remove snow from the windshield, roof, and windows. My worries were unjustified because as soon as your shuttle driver pulled up behind the car your driver went to work. He took a broom and very quickly took care of the snow, front, rear, and top. Then we entered the car and quickly discovered that it would not be able to pull itself out of the deep snow. Again, your driver jumped into action and pushed it backward into the roadway. We were on our way. We could not have been more pleased.

I love that a shuttle is ready to pick me up when I enter the lot. Also that is usually, a shuttle comes when I’m ready to leave the airport. The text option is great too.
