Always had great service and very helpful workers. Saturday the 23rd of December about 6:00pm had to stand in the cold outside way to long before your bus arrived. Busses have always been there before as soon as you walk out the door.

I enjoyed how accessible and easy it is to both book and park.

All the staff is very friendly and efficient! Patrick was excellent on my return trip- he was there right away and got me to my car quickly. He also waited to make sure my car started (I was in self park). A godsend given that it was freezing out! Thank you and I will using Park N Fly in the future:)

Both drivers, to and fro SFO were very helpful with my luggage and personable. They were polite and showed concern that I was able to get into my car. Made sure I understood how to use the exit with my QR code.

usually when we are at the waiting area at the terminal, your pick up service will be waiting. however om Dec 22nd around 7pm, we waited about 15 mins for a pick up. It could be due to the increase in volume of passengers or traffic was bad.

Having your equipment read the bar code on my phone "needs improvement," also finding the pickup point for the shuttle in baggage claim is a bit of a treasure hunt. Providing customers with a basic layout of exactly where Door 5 is and exactly where to wait for the shuttle would eliminate the treasure hunt. Midway Airport has almost zero signage (until you actually find Door 5 hidden around the corner .... treasure hunt) for this door. I recognize that Park n Fly doesn't control Midway's signage thus the solution is providing a layout with the email confirmation .... AND highlighting it because we won't remember as we travel but need that info when we're getting off our return flight.

The driver dropped me off right at my vehicle. Very friendly. I felt my vehicle was safe during its stay at your business. One more little "needs improvement," My flight was canceled which resulted in an added parking fee. The attendant was new and didn't know how to manage that. He wanted ME to call a phone number to figure it out. He was certainly a kind, young man but didn't know what to do. Solution: TRAINING

Great service to and from Oakland terminals. The divers are very helpful.

The majority of drivers and exit staff are very service oriented. When we arrived home at midnight on this last trip, there was only one driver and she was doing her absolute best to get everyone loaded and unloaded safely and quickly!

I like parking here. Sometimes you have to wait for the shuttle for longer than I would like at the airport but I use the valet option and my car is always waiting for me and this time someone loaded my bag and gave me bottled water. Nice touch :)
