Customer Testimonials
Efficient
Friendly, helpful staff.
I feel safe parking, and leaving my car there. Rates are better than most other options.
Convenient, safe parking, no hassle getting to the terminal
The service was awesome. The staff from the time I dropped off my car to when I returned from my trip it was great. My car was warm and ready for me when I picked it up. Will definitely use again!!
Prompt, curtious efficient service to and from the airport
Great service. Shuttles are all on time. Good prices
Easy to book and get from parking to airport and back
Easy process upon arrival to Park N Fly and departure from airport and Park N Fly lot upon our return. As soon as we walked out of airport upon our return, we saw the shuttle was making its way through the airport. We just flagged our driver down, he stopped, took our claim ticket and put our luggage on the shuttle. As we were returning to the lot he called in our claim number and our car was ready for us upon arrival. Could not be any simpler from reserving prior to our trip to returning from our trip. And both our drivers to and from were very friendly and accommodating!! We love Park N Fly and plan to use the company every time we travel out of Miami!!
The drivers and gate employees were great.
The entire process has always been smooth for me. The online reserving works great. Once I arrive the scanning in and out is easy and straight forward and the shuttle drivers are always on time and quick to pickup/drop off.
The car was nearby and warmed up when we returned after midnight, and Patrick was very courteous, including being there at the airport to take our luggage to the bus, and from the bus to our vehicle and loading it. Great service! Thank you all. First name removed

One of the only experiences I had that were positive this holiday travel was park n fly. Professional and understanding staff, on time schedule. Can't compare to anything else
Simple, easy and less expensive than other parking.

Efficient and ttimely
Convenient when flying in/out if the airport.
All the employees, van drivers and cashiers are always friendly and helpful.
Easy shuttle services at the vehicle parking spot.
Love the service but wish the loyalty program was automatically applied with purchase and I didn't have to scan a separate barcode at the lot.
The drivers are so helpful with my bags and when I returned on Dec. 26th the driver had me start my car before he left to make sure it started.
Rarely have to wait for someone to pick me up while parking there.
Feels more secure than parking at the airport.

PLEASE allow mobile tipping via the app. I never carry cash these days and feel terrible when I can't tip my drivers due to my own forgetfulness. Would love to be able to add tipping.
