Very friendly drivers and gate attendant. We parked on the surface lot and returned very late at night and driver made sure our car started before she left because of the blizzard last week. I brushed off five inches or more of snow off the top of my car.

The attendant that was working late at night on Tuesday, January 27th, 2022, was very helpful, empathetic of our situation (having our Southwest flight from Phoenix cancelled after a 14 hour drive back to Oakland), sweet and knowledgeable. There were so many things he did that helped us.
Everyone was very polite and positive. Given I flew out Saturday morning when the temp was around 7 I was very impressed. I used valet and was very happy when I got to the lot my car was waiting for me. A great service well with the few extra dollars.
