I've always been pleased by the personal attention, but this time you went beyond my expectations. My flight was among the thousands canceled after I got to Midway. I spent 7 hours at the airport hoping to retrieve my luggage, and expected to pay for one day's parking. When I called to get a refund of the rest of my prepaid parking, I was told that my entire parking would be refunded, including the time I spent at Midway.

Park 'n Fly was the one bright spot of the whole ruined vacation experience!

Pick up process works well with frequent buses to and from terminals. Drivers were very pleasant and helpful with luggage.
People at check out booths were also very nice, however, the process to check out when pre paid seems overly long and complicated

Easy to book, easy entrance, plenty of shuttle buses, friendly and helpful staff. Never have to wait long for a pickup at the terminal when returning from a trip, a shuttle is always 10 minutes or less.

The fact that I don't have to park in the airport lots.

I used valet parking and the process was quick and easy. The manager and the first driver I had were very helpful and extremely cordial.

Everything! When being picked up at airport, the driver was very courteous and took care in putting luggage on bus. My driver volunteered to put my heavy piece of luggage in my trunk when I arrived to my parking spot. He Told me to get home safely. Thanked me for using Park N Fly 😊😊. Upon leaving, the cashier was nice and also told me to get home safely. I’d had a rough day, my flight was cancelled and I rented a car from NC to drive to Atlanta, GA. It was very late when I arrived to return my rental car.

I’ve used Park N Fly for over 21 years. The drivers are courteous and friendly. It’s a convenient way to park at the airport. I like the ease of booking my parking space on line.

I always park at Park n Fly. The drivers are quick to pick you up and always courteous. The cashiers are friendly and go out of their way to help or support. The fact that someone is always there is a blessing. The weather last week (before Christmas) was awful in Cleveland but the drivers and attendants were there to transport and take care of us. Highly recommend

Price and convenience of having my car started and ready to drive when I return.

I need to have my parking 12/21-28 put in my Frequent Parker Account. Please take care of it. AND...i like the new changes re cars and buses locations for returning folks.

Parking lot is clean, safe. I don’t have to wait to get picked up from my car. Prices are reasonable. Every driver I have is very nice and a great driver. They always help with my bag. In summer, the bus is cool and in winter warm. I know my car will be in the same condition that I left it in. I’ve had to get a refund before and had no issues receiving my refund.

Everything except the exiting of the lot. Had a real hard time at 2am trying to navigate my way out of the open lot. Frustrating at that time of the day

Simplicity to make online but on the way out I have interaction with the cashier and she was the most amazing, friendly and make easy to go out.
