Customer Testimonials

I originally had a reservation to another parking lot but upon arrival I was turned away by a very rude worker. So in a panic I found park N fly, which was very accommodating and was able to get me in last minute. Attendants were very helpful and nice. They took my luggage to the shuttle for me. And upon returning it was late due to flight cancelations I was able to use the app and a shuttle arrived rather quickly. Listen that was a rough travel day, missed connections, 2 standby flights later, made it to SFO to find out my luggage was lost, it was 1 am and raining, but the whole process to get back to my vehicle that was waiting right there for me was the best feeling after that day. Every person I encountered was nice and helpful. I will continue to use Park n fly.

Excelent customer service. Our driver was courteous and helped us with our luggage.

I was impressed with the customer service. I once had a complaint and I was immediately contacted and resolved
I highly recommend Park N Fly

The shuttle coming to my car, easy airport pickup

A big thank you to Connie, for helping me resolve my online reservation mistake. Her help when I arrived at the gate on my departure date gave me a smooth and easy exit when I returned.
Also, thank you to driver Annabelle (I think that was her name). It was late and I was concerned about my car's old battery being affected by the days of below freezing temps. She stayed behind my car until she saw my car started and that was greatly appreciated.

Promptness & price

Great, bus waiting to carry you to the airport, and waiting to return you to your car.

Your service was awesome. It started with making the reservation which was easy online and completed with a credit card charge. The checkin process using a printout barcode was great. And, we were directed by an employee where to park and how to open the second electronic gate. We parked our car, got our luggage out, and your shuttle was there within 5 minutes to take us to Oakland Airport. The shuttle driver was positive, smiling, and very helpful with our bags. On our return to Oakland airport, we got our luggage and walked out to the shuttle pickup area and the shuttle was there. The driver was courteous and very helpful. We were back to our car in 10 minutes and on our way home way before we expected. Thank you so much for your awesome service. We will definitely use your service again at Oakland Airport.
