well usually I've never had a problem until this last time being picked up at the AIRPORT, I had to wait at least 45 minutes to be picked up, you only had 1 bus? your competitors made 3 trips before your second bus arrived. it was in the early afternoon so not sure what the problem was.

12/27/22 waiting 15min, i called at 3:16pm 1 BUS came but was full before i could get on then waited another 30 minutes same driver came back & was full again before i could this one, the second bus finally arrived a couple of minutes later.

I loved that they pick you up right at your car and drive you straight to your terminal. The whole process was so easy and much cheaper compared to parking at the airport!

Fast and efficient service and close to the airport

Easy access, staff is courteous and kind, then is always there immediately to take you to the airport and upon arrival, the most I’ve ever waited was 10 minutes only to come back to a car that is either pre-cooled, or pre-warmed depending on the outside temperature. The only place we will park and it’s been parking here for years. Thank you for the outstanding service. And in addition, your detail service is absolutely fabulous, my car is always sparkling, clean and detailed to perfection

Same driver on pick up and drop off. Timely. Polite. Provided instructions for return pick up and provided a card with parking spot number. Prebook is always nice.

I like the great drivers you have and the car being ready I do not like the long wait at the upper levels hoping for a van ride back to base but overall pretty happy with the company

Very conveniently located. The waiting to be dropped off could improve, and the pickups should be solely pickups. Do not allow a drop off van to also pick up because when you get home, all you want is to get to your car and not visit numerous other terminals prior to arriving at your car.
