Very friendly drivers
Our first time using. We are very happy with the parking, pick up and drop off to airport.
They even understood our drama with Southwest Airlines cancelation of return flight, keeping our car safe until our return.
Thank you, Park'N Fly Chicago
Shuttle is always there when we need it. Drivers are friendly.
Friendly service. We only park with you even when it was executive. Love the valet parking. We usually travel in fall and winter and it is so nice to have our car warming up for us. Very quick service to and from the airport. Will see you again in March.
Convenient, short wait at car before bus picks you up
Drivers are very helpful & courteous. My driver waited until I got in and started my car. That was great because I was feeling a little uneasy & it helped put me at ease. You don’t know what you’ll face with vehicles after extreme weather and a trip so this was particularly considerate of her. Thank you!
I have used Park n fly for many years and have always been pleased with the service.
Both drivers were professional and polite in my recent trip.
Everything! The ease of reserving a spot, the friendliness of your employees, the short wait times and the ease of exiting the property!
Friendly, polite and knowledgeable staff!
Excellent service!
We like the close proximity to the airport, the car-to-airport service, the wonderful and kind drivers and the quickness of the shuttles. In the past you had to wait forever to be picked up at the airport and that has improved so great job - keep it up, as the more the better. ;)
Convenient, easy to access location. Shuttle drivers are friendly & assist with luggage.
Service was on time pick up and drop off. Drivers always professional!!!
Everything was smooth specially around this time!!
