Customer Testimonials

Easy location to get in and out of. Very quick to pick up at your vehicle and at the airport.

Easy in and easy out. Our drivers were courteous.

Customer service is always 1st with you

close to airport

Patrick F., our driver, was outstanding. Took great care of everyone getting on the shuttle, then called ahead to have our cars ready & warmed up, then took great care of us again getting off. Really friendly, too -- made us happy to be home! Patrick F. should be running something for you guys (if he isn't already)!

Easy drop off and fast ride to airport , very friendly staff

Availability and promptness to and from the airport

Fast pickups, friendly drivers and attendant.

Park N Fly provided me excellent service. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family. Driving myself to the airport has never been so simple and though one shuttle driver ignored me trying to flag them down as it took off upon my return, the next shuttle arrived in less than 5 minutes. Leaving the lot I received excellent customer service. Thank you.

Nice folks. Prompt service.

The lot is clean, paved, well lite, and has good sized parking stalls. The staff, including the shuttle drivers are friendly, helpful and very professional. Shuttle service to and from the airport was timely and fast.

easy to use

Very convenient and minimal wait. Drivers very helpful with luggage.

Prompt service in the shuttle service and friendliness of the staff

Drivers are friendly and helpful. Do not have to wait very long for a shuttle at the lot or airport. Shuttles drop you off at your vehicle and not just at the end of the aisle.

Says a reasonable and I can get covered parking. The shuttles run very frequently.

They drop you off right at your car

Friendly, helpful, prompt. Great customer service!

I appreciate that everyone is very pleasant. I had to change my parking due to over capacity, but I was not charged extra. Being able to experience the Valet service made me actually want to book it in the future.

Great service! We were delayed a day and expected to pay for the additional day and it was waived! That was a positive moment in all the chaos that were experienced! Thank you!!

The driver who picked me up from the airport on 12/28 at around 8pm was one of the best drivers I had. He carried my luggage directly to my car, the black MBZ. Most of the time I have to carry my own luggage.

His brother passed away in Aug and I wish him only the best. I hope he knows he did everything right and was a good person for being there for his brother. I hope he spends the rest of his life happily doing things for himself.

Let it be 💜☮️

everything< the quickness in being picked up, the care the driver takes with us..

It’s convenient. Not a hassle to get to the airport. And usually enough buses to pick you up in a timely manner.

Easy access and close to the airport.

Ernest was amazing! He was helpful and friendly. I didn’t catch the driver’s name coming home but he great also. Helped us with our luggage and made sure our car started before he pulled off (we were traveling with a child). We will definitely use them again in the future!!

PHL location is very convenient and all the employees are very efficient and pleasant!

Quick and easy

Everything

Very convenient and less expensive then the airport. My only concern this trip was we arrived late and the van that picked us up made three full circles of the airport before heading back to the lot, very frustrating.

Helpful driver and timely servixe
