The gate agent gave very helpful instructions when I entered the parking. She also helped me exit by looking up my phone number when I was having issues pulling up my QR code on the app.

As well, the drivers both to and from the airport were very courteous to me and the other passengers. All in all a very easy and pleasant experience.

Great and secure facility and convenient shuttle service. Great customer service. We parked and shuttled to the airport to find out our flight was cancelled with no other flight options available that day. We returned to the lot and left after just an hour and a half. I called to inquire about a partial refund since we did not need the other days. I did not expect to be refunded the full amount, but that's what you guys did. Very much appreciated. Thank you very much and I look forward to booking with you guys in the future.

I did not realize you offer services if one is having car problems. My battery was dead when I came to pick up my car and I had already call AAA service to jump start my car. I learned later that you offer those services type of services and had several drivers of the shuttles stop to see if I was alright.

Easy to reserve online, in and out of lot

I had made a reservation to use Park N Fly in Philadelphia on Essington Ave. and pulled into what I thought was their lot and passed through the entry booth using the provided barcode scan which was accepted to let me onto the lot. It turns out that I had mistakenly parked in a competitors lot a very close by. When I returned to retrieve my car a week later, I couldn't escape from the lot. After 45 minutes, I was finally able to get out and proceeded home. The next day I had a pleasant and helpful conversation with the Park N Fly lot manager who was doggedly trying to determine why I had so much trouble leaving the lot. In the course of several conversations he figured out that I went to the wrong lot in error and nicely made me aware of my mistake. In addition, since I didn't park in his lot he, without my asking, refunded the full parking fee that I had paid in advance since I did't use his facility. He went over and above what I had expected and I will make sure I find his lot the next time I fly from Philadelphia!
