Overall experience was great! Best location, professional service, clean and safe parking lot... Somehow my app lost history of my reservation when we picked up the car. A little inconvenient, but the service person promptly found our record and let us out.

The pricing, the convenience and the customer service. After a rough day of traveling it was nice to have a genuine and friendly conversation with the employee at the exit booth. I didn’t catch her name, but she was patient, helpful and just….nice. We also appreciated the bottles of water for our long ride home.
We exceeded our initial parking time by 4 hours because of the Southwest flight cancellations, but we were not charged extra when we picked up our car. Thank you Park N Fly for not taking advantage of the situation.
