I wasn’t done parking my car and there was a shuttle already waiting to transport my family and I to the airport. When we returned. We waited about five minutes to be picked up and reunited with my car. Airport is a short distance away.

The shuttle to DIA was crowded on Christmas Day as expected. The driver professional and shared status information. Love the West side drop off, easy walking distance to outside United check in.

The return trip on Jan 10th, early morning was super as well. Waited less than 10 mins and driver was friendly. Plus took us right to car.

Oh used push the key fob to light car lights to identify car. Excellent best practice.

It was very handy for me traveling with my parents that need extra time and care. We were all able to stay together and the driver took us straight to where we needed to go so we could all stay together!
