It was a convenient option. Covered parking in winter and great staff and customer service. We were quite happy with our decision to use this service.

I have flown in and out of SFO for decades but only recently started using Park 'N Fly. I have used other parking services at SFO but Park 'N Fly is hands down the best. They are well organized and very prompt with pick ups. I will never use another parking service at SFO now that I have seen how professional Park 'N Fly is. I would recommend them to anyone.

The drivers are patient and make sure we got everything locked up and that the car started on return! Very friendly and an easy service to use.

Shuttle drivers are always on time and get me to my gate in an efficient manner. When I arrive back from a trip the shuttle is also very timely so I can get home quickly. Drivers and gate staff are always very friendly and courteous. I recommend PnF to my colleagues and friends frequently.

Easy reservation process. Friendly, helpful staff. The return trip was smooth and easy. I lost the QR code on my phone before getting to the gate, but the attendant was able to use my telephone number to confirm that I had pre-paid. Overall, very efficient.

Convenient location. Online ordering is straight forward. Appreciate the driver telling us to call when we arrive at the pickup spot.

Unfortunately you do have to call because there are fewer vans that come by than the competitors. And it would be helpful for the number to text or call instructions be on the email that contains the parking confirmation. A customer should not have to rely on having the sheet of paper the driver provides.
