What do you like about our services?

During the holiday Southwest flight cancellation fiasco, my flight was impacted and was not able to flight out to my desitinstion for another 2 days. I was unable to change my parknfly resrvation online so when I checked out, I asked the cashier if anything can be done regarding the unused days. Helena, the assistant manager at Oakland parknfly gave me kind instructions on how to get credit for days and she even followed up to ensure that I got 2 days credit. I returned the next weekend for another trip (I fly frequently) and was able to use the credit easily for the weekend. Now I am converted to parknfly loyalist. Thanks Helena.

What do you like about our services?

Your operation is farther from the airport than your competitors and why I had not previously used you. However your driver Patrick F made us laugh so hard the entertainment was worth it!

As long as Patrick is driving, you all will be good, and I'll be back.
