I like the ease of use in booking and going in and out of the lot. I don't fly all that often but always choose PNF because they are the cheapest and the shuttle drivers have all been friendly and enjoyable to talk to. I have used the service and facility 3 or 4 times now and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work!

everyone is friendly, always have bottled water. coffee machine is great BUT would like to see you bring back real milk or 1/2 & 1/2.

All staff is always courteous, and do their best to get you to the airport quickly and safely. I've been parking here for years and don't see that changing!

Parking is inexpesive, drivers are courteous, friendly, and they take your bags on and off the shuttle. Pickup is very quick. Highly recommend!

I usually valet park with you and have had great service.
This time I was traveling for business and they don't allow Valet parking, so I tried the self-parking. I was pleasantly surprised about the process and final pick up/drop off from airport.
Yes, I love the warm car of valet, but I had to do what work would allow me to do.

Convenient easy in and out no wasted time

I love the valet option, the award points and the new, clean vehicles. I just wish there were more vehicles circulating so the wait times were shorter and also wish they would add a sheltered waiting area at the SFO valet lot so we can be shielded from the wind while waiting for a shuttle to arrive.
