Friendly customer service, great conversation on the shuttle ride to the airport and prompt pick up upon return!
Friendly and nice. Price is reasonable.
Convenient and cost effective
Great service
Each aspect of your company was so timely, easy, helpful, professional, it was very easy for me to set up my use of Park n Fly, drive in, get to airport, return, head home! I can’t thank you enough! You rocked vs. your competitors
Easy to use; shuttle driver was very professional
The people
Amazing service!
Friendly, Fast, and professional!!
Easy booking and paying online. No issues driving in with the online code either on phone or printed. Immediate pick up by the bus to the terminal. On return, buses were there on arrival and pick up back to the parking garage. QR code did not work on driving out however an attendant was there at the kiosk to help. I will park there again for sure.
Friendly and efficient service
Quick and easy, very polite and helpful employees
Great Employees. I appreciate having a Park-N-Fly employee AT the airport assisting people and requesting a van for pick up. Well played!
Everyone very friendly.
Nice people. Friendly. On time. Helpful. Truck was ready n waiting right next to where we got off the shuttle bus!
Great “off airport” parking. Super easy to get into, find a parking spot, and a shuttle bus picks you up immediately.
Staff is friendly and show you where to park. We even had a battery go bad in our car upon return. Staff gladly jump started us!
How easy it was to find, reserve, and park.
Friendly and cordial staff.
Promptness
Fast and easy pickup, never had a problem
Drop off and pick up were very timely and both gentlemen were very friendly.
It was easy to make the reservation. We were easily able to enter the facility.
Negatives:
Our plane arrived ~5:47am, we had to call for pickup and wait a while
We could not get the exit machine to read our document and had to reach an attendant to process our exit
Close proximity, reasonable rates, good pickup shuttles at lot. Would like a more frequent airport pickup as they always seem full or I have to wait for a second one.
The facility is easy to find. The website was user friendly. The drivers are very nice and handle the luggage like it was their’s. The pick up time after arrival back to Bradley Airport was very quick and organized. I will use again and will tell people to use Park N Ride. My favorite driver is Rinh!
