All the staff was courteous and friendly. Drivers were professional and quick to assist with luggage. The vans were clean and comfortable. This is my tenth time using this facility.

What do you like about our services?

People are always great. One additional note, this was the first time (since changing from EVP) that I was able to use your web site to book my reservation using both my standard discount rate AND free reward days. I didn’t have to contact you at all to fix the reservation, the web site worked perfectly! Definitely web site has greatly improved since last time I used it about a year or so ago.

What do you like about our services?

Pickup is always fast and easy. Edi (spelling?) was very courteous and made sure our vehicle started in the brutal cold. Although my truck was completely covered in ice it did start. It took a while to warm it up to clear windshield and scrape side windows. When I was done I noticed she had came around once again to check on us. She went above and beyond.
