Customer Testimonials

very prompt pick up and delivery to airport, i liked knowing my vehicle was in a secure place

I used to go to Parking Spot 1 and just recently came back to using Park N Fly. And what a difference!
What I like best about PNF is the quick pick-up and drop off service of your shuttles. When I arrived at the parking lot, I had just barely gotten out of my car and the shuttle was already there ready to pick me up. On my return, when I arrived at the airport shuttle pick-up area, the PNF shuttle had just driven away. I thought I would have to wait a long time for the next one since it was 5:30 pm on a Friday. Instead, the next shutle was there less than 2 minutes. These were greatly appreciated since it was soooo cold outside.
I've tried other parking lots and sometimes you have to wait10 min! Ridiculous!

The other best thing are the shuttle drivers. They're soooo courteous and helpful. As long as I can reserve parking space at PNF I'll be sure to park there. I'm also thinking of trying Park N Fly Plus next time.

Reliable... I had been using Executive Valet for decades.

I've always had great service and information from Park N' Fly. You people are awesome!! Thank you.

Easy to make a reservation. Easy in easy out. Employees always helpful. Overall enjoyable experience every time.

Everything went seamless. Shuttles are very timely.

They pick you up at your car and take you to the airport. On my return home, they were at the airport, loaded my bags took me to my car and placed my bags in the car. I never had to wait for them to pick me up or drop me off.
