The cost of parking, being close to the airport and the shuttle service

I would like to recommend something to you. I travel for business and I can turn my receipt in for parking with PNF. When I exit the ramp after my stay, the receipt that is given to me does not show the price paid nor does it show it on the email that is sent to me. The only receipt I have with total cost listed is from when I booked my stay online and the email is not in a good format for me to add to my expense report.
Is it possible to for PNF to either add total price paid to the receipt when I exit, add it to the email you send me, or create a .pdf document that is emailed to me when I book my stay vs just the email?

Timely and friendly service. Also, we had a delay with our return flight which caused a subsequent delay in retrieving our vehicles. The attendant helped us out with waiving the additional fees being charged. I know it was only a few dollars, but for something that was beyond my/our control, I thought that was very kind and quite honestly, if that would not have been done I would not be utilizing your service again. So, thank you and well done by her!!

Very efficient and fast. I’m picked up at my car and dropped off exactly where I need to be at the airport. I never have to wait long at the airport for the trip back directly to my car. Covered parking too.

Very well organized. Shuttle was there when I took my bags outside to the pickup zone. Drivers were very good.

I like the ability to reserve in advance and for rewarding my long-time usage through your loyalty program. What I don't like, BTW, is being assessed a booking fee for making a reservation in advance. Seems counter intuitive and penalizing.

Super close to airport and quick shuttle. Wish parking spaces were a bit bigger though. Can barely get in and out of your car with bags without hitting the car next to you.

Prices are better than parking in the airport.

Quick attentive action when arriving at park lot to be picked up, however there could be confusion when its time to be picked up at airport with the North Downstairs area, when you first walk out to the left you do indeed see Park and Fly, however you wont realize there is a Park and Fly Plus several stalls away that you wont notice because the signs are small and who would think Park n Fly reg and Plus are two different units., my suggestion these should be set up parallel one next to the other, like a dummy I waited in Park n Fly and got on the bus and thank god I asked is this Park n Fly Plus also, he was nice enough to say no its back there, I said really I dont see it, he said yes it is, so I got off the bus and walked several stalls later and just shook my head and asked WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD THEY SEPARATE THEM SO FAR APART!

I recently made a reservation, booking details 4WFTV, and was not able to use the reservation. Will I be able to use these days in the future?
