Parking lot is clean and plenty of light, easy to access. Friendly staff and sufficient, Park N Fly was worth every penny. I will be using the service again.

Scheduling is easy and the staff is very helpful and pleasant! I greatly appreciate their efforts to make my travel logistics go smoothly.

Easy in/out. Frequent shuttles. Decent price.

I like the ease and speed of your service - thanks for making my departure and arrival plans very predictable for me.

Very efficient. You guys have a well oiled machine.

Consistent quality interactions from team members and management.

I’ve been using park ‘n fly for about two years now and I can honestly say it’s the best service hands down. I’d like to give a shout out to Tonya bus number 1037. I take early morning flights and she picks me up majority of the time. She’s the best.

Easy drop off and the people who pick you up are so nice

This service rarely disappoints. It affordable and the shuttle drivers are very good.

Convenience, availability and the promptness

Easy online booking...friendly drivers...rapid pickup/dropoff shuttle....best value for parking when flying in and out of CLE

The App

There should be two lanes upon exiting. One with an attendant and one without. The main reason for this is so that there isn’t a back up of cars waiting to exit and or pay especially for those who prepaid parking.

Courteous drivers. Prompt pickups. Friendly cashiers.

I like the friendly drivers and the prompt shuttle pickup!

Friendly staff, easy drop off and pick up. Great price.

Driver did not give me a ticket when I got on the bus. Did not know where to find my car.

Very receptive & attentive. Always helpful. Thank you.

Very convenient

convenient and safe.

The shuttle bus picked us up in the lot immediately, the driver handled our bags directly from our car, the shuttle picked us up immediately at the airport and again the driver took our bags and then put them directly in our car.... it was all perfect from start to finish!!!!!

Amazing service

Close to airport and short wait times for pickup

Great company, great staff, you guys make it easy to get in and get out! I always use the Valet service here!

I have used Park N Fly several times. Everyone is always so helpful. It’s the easiest experience!

Quick and easy! Booking was simple and quick. The employee at the gate was very friendly. The drivers were also very friendly and polite.

Everything was perfect.

Very convenient to the airport, the drivers pick you up right away and the drop off/pick up spot is right near baggage claim. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful.

I like how quickly the shuttle bus picks you up from your car. I've never had to wait more than a few seconds for a shuttle to scoop me up and take me off to the airport. Also, I like how you get a card with your parking lot spot on it. Then, when the shuttle picks you up from the airport all you have to do is hand it to the driver. I like the ease of the entire experience and anytime I fly out of DFW, I am definitely going to use Park 'N Fly Dallas and tell all my friends and family about it.

Each interaction was polite and welcoming. Seems like a great place to work with and also work at!
