What do you like about our services?

Out flight got in later at night and we were gone during the large snow storm a couple weeks ago. Our shuttle driver was kind enough to briefly help us dig out our car so I could get to my own snow shovel inside. It made our return to Minnesota so much better and we really appreciated him for his help.

What do you like about our services?

EVERYTHING EXCEPT:

It was not clearly marked where to wait for the shuttle bus from Terminal 5 to Park 'N' Fly (beyond parking shuttle/hotel shuttle signs - at the very far end).

OTHERWISE, THE SERVICE WAS JUST SPECTACULAR! THANK YOU.

What do you like about our services?

Park 'N Fly is very convenient to the airport, inexpensive and easy to use. I reserved online in advance, we breezed in before our flight, got on the shuttle right away, and found it just as easy on the return. The shuttle was waiting there for us, and we were back in our car in no time. We even got a free carwash as we left! Highly recommend.
