Customer Testimonials

Everything is easy. From reservation to check in to drop off and pick up at airport to getting into our nice warmed up vehicle. Our bus driver on January 26, 2023 , when we returned to Bradley at approximately 11:00 PM, was absolutely awesome! Something my wife needed after being delayed in Tampa for close to 10 hours. So a big thank you to our driver 🙏

I like the quick pick up at my car, the directions from the driver as we get towards the airport, and so far it's always been a park and fly van at the pickup so that I don't have to call.

All the drivers and especially the attendant at the ramp exit were Terrific and very helpful!

I am happy with everything at ParknFly, EXCEPT your receipts! I will continue to complain that for being a VIP member, the current system produces a useless “zero balance” receipt. Useless! Please have it so a receipt which shows the charges for expenses!

It was quick and very easy. The Drivers took care of everything.

Shuttle

They are fast at picking you up at your car and picking you up at airport.

Thank you for your service!

My experience last week did not allow me to make a reservation although I parked there all week. Also I would like to be given credit for my previous parking since Dec 15th. Great service!!!

Friendly efficient and professional

I like the quick service and convenience of getting to/from the airport. Pleasant drivers

Shuttle bus wait time is very short and often immediate. Drivers are professional, personable, and courteous.

friendly, extra perks, quick and professional. Why pay more somewhere else?

I have used PNF several times and have always had good service. THIS time it was above and beyond. We left on Sunday, March 22 at approximately 10:30 a.m. Our driver was a young man that was so pleasant and helpful it started our trip off on a bright spot. Coming home we had a problem. While heading to the airport in Ft. Myers my travel companion fell and broke her ankle. We knew she could not step on to the shuttle so special arrangements were made. We had a private shuttle pick us up at door 6 vs the impossible walk to the transportation center. The driver, Carrol, was unbelievable. There are not enough words to describe this fantastic woman. She hopped out and took over and would not even let me carry my own carry on bag. She told me to get in and out of the cold. She effortless lifted my companion into the shuttle. She was so cheerful and fun we hated to get off the shuttle. This woman is the most joyful, efficient human I have encountered for a long time. What a gift she is to your organization. PLEASE let her know what a valued employee she is. If I had a business I would have offered her a job on the spot Thanks for providing FABULOUS service with Carrol.

Very professional and timely

Everything was very easy. And it was especially nice that the driver who picked us up not only dropped us right at our car but also cleared some of the snow that had accumulated on the car while we were gone. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends.

The professionalism of the driver and the help they provided in loading and unloading our bags.

Good price. Friendly service. Prompt pick up and delivery.....most of the time. Convenient reservation process and I like the frequent parker program.
