Close to airport rates not too bad could be lower pleasant personnel

I love how convenient it is to get from the Park N’ Fly to the airport. You use the app and that is all that is needed. They come to you! Last time however I waited in the parking lot for 30 mins before they came to my car to get me even though I saw them driving around multiple times. Was nervous I was going to be late. Every other time had run so smoothly.

I have never had a bad experience. I was traveling alone this time and always park in the covered area. I also came in later and the shuttle was there waiting for me at Midway. He was very friendly and made sure my suitcase was in my trunk and checked to make sure my tires looked good before leaving. Great personal touch!!!

Shuttles were readily availablel both going and coming back. Very nice drivers.

We landed at 10:00 at night. I had a question because I made a reservation and didn't have the proper QR code to exit. You hadn't attendant there who was friendly and help me through the whole process. Thank you!

Shuttles are enough and no need to wait at the airport nor the parking lot for shuttles.
Just 5 minutes distance from the airport it is less time to get the in airport parking lot and even cheaper.
Overall, very satisfied!

Close to airport

Generally pretty efficient. On this trip, I had to call for pickup from the Preferred section of the garage - I guess no one saw me come in. And oh, it’s was -2 degrees. Otherwise good.

If you have a problem, trying to do your rental space online you can use the telephone and somebody picks up right away they straighten it out and we were good

Everything. Good price, near the airport. The shuttle busses run often and even waiting for us. Polite, very helpful staff! I always have trouble with the reservation I print out and they never make me feel stupid or bad! We met another customer who come over to Midway from Iowa and he always uses Park n Fly too. Truly a good company and great employees!

Always courteous and helpful drivers. They are one of the reasons I park there, plus the convenience to the airport.

Very easy access. Parked and grabbed a shuttle to airport. Upon our return, the shuttle picked us up and our vehicle was ready. Great service

Fast and convenient

My husband and I planned an 8 day trip and were shopping for a service in which we could leave our vehicle for the entirety of our trip. After carefully reading reviews and ratings, Park ‘N Fly by far had the best consistent rating and reviews! We felt very comfortable and relax while making an reservation online. Upon arrival we were greeted by very friend and energetic individuals. We then park the car in the designated spot, very easy to find, and were picked up by the shuttle bus right next to our car! The driver even carried our luggage to the bus! I’m very thankful for your service and would recommend anyone to leave their vehicle under your care!! Safe and affordable!! ☺️
