This last experience was far from wonderful. We made online reservations over a month ago for our trip and upon arriving to Park N' Fly there were no available outside parking spots. We drove around and around looking. We finally had to call and a nice women came and moved a truck and we were able to take that spot. There were cars parked in spots that weren't even spots, seems like you took more cars then you had spots. It was nerve racking and made for a stressful start of our trip.

The efficiency, timely pickup, and services that is rendered is very important to me. This morning, the machine did not work to scan my voucher to let me out, and the person on service completed that transaction for me and allowed us to leave. She was full of compassion for us, and this served us well, after our long distance of travel.

Being picked up at our vehicle and returned to it. Especially in bad weather.

I was quickly picked up by Julie after I pulled into the lot and parked. She even got out and helped me to lift my heavy suitcase into the shuttle van. It soon filled up even though it was very early in the morning (approx 3:30) and we proceeded to the airport where she again assisted with removing the suitcases to the sidewalk.

I was pleasantly surprised to see her again when I returned early this morning due to a problem with our flight which was supposed to land at 11:40pm on Saturday and instead wasn't in to Cleveland until 2:00am. By the time that my luggage came through and I walked out to the pick-up spot, she was waiting and as additional passengers arrived, we returned to your lot. Julie had me open my trunk and she put my suitcase into it. That was much appreciated as it had been a long frustrating/tiring day to get back.

Julie has a great personality and was very pleasant and accommodating both times!

As soon as we pulled in the parking lot, a bus came and picked us up. Then we we came back to CLE, the bus was outside waiting and we were over 2 hours late. Vert easy and would park there again. Thank you!
