Customer Testimonials
Used the Minneapolis Park’N Fly location. Easy to schedule and informative website with great instructions. Very good to know if Date doesn’t change and Only Time for drop off and pick up changes no need to do anything. I used the valet service but didn’t know where the entrance was. A shuttle driver helped me with directions and made sure I was taken care of. Drivers were very helpful and kind. On return trip to MPLS Arrival instructions for where to find shuttle at MPLS airport after I sent vehicle ticket information would’ve good but an airport staff person told me where to go. I confirmed via phone to a Live person - she was very kind and helpful at 5am in the cold! Well done. Will certainly use this service again!
Very helpful.
To be always on time
So convenient and priced fairly. I would use this place every time!
Friendly people, very considerate and helpful. The pick-up going to the airport and coming back to the car park is so prompt.
Super close to the airport. Love the shuttle service although our driver to the airport was the RUDEST man I’ve encountered in a long time!! But it helped that last night coming back we had the NICEST lady !!! I only wish that I had gotten both their names. She got a big thank you from us but she deserves a thank you from the company!! She’s one of the reasons you get return customers!!
( Lady driving the shuttle last night around
8:30 -9 or so.)
Ability to make online reservations and pay in advance.
Lots of buses running back and forth.
Friendly, helpful employees!!
Extremely prompt
Convenient
Easy registration, friendly cheerful personal
Good and prompt service plus good helping staff and without waiting outside the airport, they where present when we came out
Friendly and helpful. Thank you!
Everything but the pick up
Easy to make reservations. Shuttle always there to take us. Shuttle but busier to pick up but everyone is in a hurry to go home. Everyone is nice. Trustworthy. Thank you.
Not having to drive around the airport
Close to the airport and reasonable prices.
Affordable, easy, and convenient parking for my work travel.
Only have to wait 1-5 minutes for a bus to get picked up from the airport. Practically no wait at the parking lot to get picked up from our car to get taken to airport
Good, timely shuttle service to and from the airport.
Great job.
Easy to book and great service.
Courteous staff
Valet parking
But the personalized service was really necessary when I came to pick up my car and it had a flat tire. The people in the office helped me contact AAA and were super supportive when they saw that I was nervous and didn’t quite know what to do. They were terrific.
Easy, convenient and I really appreciated our driver jumping my vehicle when it didn't start
The employees were so nice and it’s so easy to use.
Our driver was SO kind! When we returned to MSP it was about -30 with windchill! He allowed us to start the car for about 5 minutes so ensure our kids were safe to go to the car!
We were so grateful for Edie who waited for us so we didn't have to wait in the snow (after flying in from Mexico). She was very nice and helpful.
Efficient, and convenient way to park. The shuttles came very quickly, hardly any wait.
Employees were very nice, even offered me a bottle of water when leaving the lot.
Would highly recommend them.
The shuttle driver waited to make sure my car started after sitting for 10 days in cold weather. I really appreciated that.
Door to door service. Easy prepay.
