What do you like about our services?

Everything!! Tonya was our driver when we dropped our car off. She was very friendly and funny, she interacted with everyone as she helped load and unload luggage. I forgot to get the name of the driver who picked us up at the airport but he was also friendly and efficient.

What do you like about our services?

Likes:
1. Good pick up and drop off
2. Great service / people

Things to improve:
1. Parking lot spaces were full of snow on Jan 10th so it was hard to park
2. The entry and exit using the bar code on the phone was tough. We had to go into the covered parking to be let out.

What do you like about our services?

Love that my car feels cared for. Love that the car is ready for me and running when I get back from a flight. Shuttle drivers are always great, and I feel like there's always a shuttle nearby when I'm waiting for it. I liked Executive Valet for the same reasons, I'm glad to see that Park N' Fly carries on the tradition of excellence.

What do you like about our services?

We were so impressed with the ease of it all: from the minute we drove up to the very pleasant and professional customer service, dropping us at the terminal and assisting us with our bags. Upon our return, the process via text was super simple and we were picked up quickly. We loved how our car was waiting for us, backed in even! We would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it. This saved us over $100 because if we had to Uber from Boca, it would easily have been over $200.
