Customer Testimonials
Very convenient, quick to bring us to the airport and back. Been coming to park here for years. Refer my friends and family to park here too!
Website easy to navigate.
Gate people were courteous and easy to work with.
Driver drop off was professional.
Return driver told me to use my key fob when my door didn’t automatically open! That alone was worth the $10 a day.
I will use the parking service again!
Friendly people, fast and convenient
It was convenient easy to get to and the staff extremely pleasant. The shuttles run frequently both from the parking lot and at the airport.
convenient to airport, 24 hours, fairly quick service picking up.
Prompt and curtious
Best way to travel from midway. Cruise up and park, jump on the shuttle and get off at the air port. Most convient way to go. Takes a lot of the Hassel off of me.
People that work here great. Will be using Park n fly more this is going to be my regular way to go when I fly.
Our shuttle driver, Patrick F, is a delight. We have had him driving our shuttle several time. He is friendly, conversational, and an excellent representative for your company. You need more drivers like him!
The people are friendly and the parking area is secure. The price is also better than on-site airport pricing.
Driver helped us out to the area where to park the car, loaded our bags on the bus and dropped us off directly where we needed to be at the airport. We flew in very late at light on return. They were there to pick us up in less than five minutes after the text and drove us back directly to our car. It was the easiest most personalized service.
This was my first time at Park and Fly Miami and I was very impressed!
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Affordable and convenient. I love the reward days I get for parking there often!
I like that the location is so close the airport. On this trip the vans were very timely. That has not always been the case.
Quick service, courteous and helpful drivers
Quick pick up at airport and at the park n fly lot
Convenient to airport. Promptly dropped off and picked up. Feel my car is safe there
They are fast and convenient and you can be sheltered from the rain or snow.
Very good except our battery was dead and you jump started and 2days later car won't start

It’s a quick in and out of the airport and affordable.
Price, convenience
Courteous staff. Quick pick up from terminal.
EVERYTHING! ease of booking, ease of access, great staff. Car is always ready. Staff also assists with luggage from arrival to departure
We were picked up right away when we parked. On our return a shuttle bus was waiting when we exited baggage claim at the airport.
It’s simple
They made it so easy! It was a great experience. The shuttle drivers were fantastic. No long waits.
Very convenient!! Easy to schedule. It sure makes your travel day go smoothly!! I have used this service many times for Midway Airports.
Prompt pickup, friendly staff.
On return from my trip, my car wouldn't start and it was extremely cold. Park 'N Fly staff quickly assisted my wife and I in getting into the heated office where we waited for a Uber. I came back to jump start my car the next day and they were nice enough not to charge us for an extra day that we had already paid for. They made a happy ending to an otherwise bad situation!
