The pick up shuttle when I arrive is always there and follows me to where I park. The driver is helpful loading my luggage as often times in the winter I have a ski bag

Availability of spaces in covered lot and nice facility.
One issue I have had the last 2x parking @ 2525 camp creek is waited 20 minutes for pickup at car in covered lot. Last time drove around for 20 minutes picking up others then stopped at valet.

There was an issue with our invoice being sent prematurely saying our truck left the facility. Alice and Team resolved the issue.

Service is very good but price is too high. As a comparison, the offsite parking for SJC is almost half your price. I travel every week and that difference adds up very quickly. What can you do to fix that?
