We experienced great service from park n fly overall and one example of above and beyond service -
1. The driver arrived to drop us off at the terminal and I realized I left my jacket in our car. We were traveling out of the country for 10 days so really didn’t want to go without. The driver was so nice and immediately said he’d run me back to get it and then dropped me off at departures to catch up with my family. I wish I could remember his name but was formerly a chef - he was great and I was so appreciative of his kindness and extra effort !
2. When we went to check in we couldn’t find the email with the reservation but the gentlemen let us in and when we returned home and went to exit your attendant was so helpful in finding our reservation and payment. She thanked us for our business and gave us all bottled waters which was so wonderful after 12 hours of flying !
I just booked park n fly for our next trip although tried to get the valentines discount but was unable online.

Very professional, friendly, and helpful. I use coupons when parking. The customer service reps are patient while I read off ten days of coupon numbers!

Really appreciated Patrick F., our driver on our February 2nd pickup at 10 pm. He made a late night ride to our car fun. He’s a great asset to Park ‘n Fly.

Very convenient service! You are picked up directly from car after parking and brought to airport with little wait time. This service definitely takes out some of the hassle of traveling!!
