Customer Testimonials
Quick in and quick out. Professional driver. Very little wait time. Thank you.
It was a wonderful experience! The shuttle was right there to take me to the airport and on arrival. I arrived in the middle of the night and the driver took me right to my car and made sure it started before pulling away.
I have had nothing but great service when using your services. Thank you!
Quick pickup
Always safe and quick!
Courteous, clean and prompt service. No hassle getting a shuttle.
Close proximity to airport. Quick, friendly shuttle service.
Convenient, fair price.
I like the special deals you have from time to time. I almost always get a great price. Location is close to the airport and the shuttle is a plus. Drivers are always pleasant. It's nice in the winter to get into a warm vehicle. Love your service.
Easy in and out. Friendly drivers and timely transfers to the terminal
They are quick and courteous. It was the coldest night of the year and the shuttle was waiting for us at the airport and our car was warmed up when we made it to park n fly.
We’ve always had great service from them. However our last trip the driver on the way to airport did nothing to help people get their luggage on the bus. On our pickup drive to get our car after our trip the driver picked up both our bags at the same time and broke our handle off. Now we have to get a new suitcase.
Easy in
Waited about 30 seconds for the shuttle
Shuttle driver was nice and helpful with luggage

Very friendly and efficient
First time using park n’ fly. Price was good, drivers were friendly don’t matter if it’s 5am or 12am they have a smile on their face. Everything was so easy you literally park n’ fly. Such a hassle-free service.
Ez in Ez out.
Good pricing compared to parking at the airport. I always pay for the covered parking. The shuttle drivers are great and work their butt off.
Reliable and easy to use
Every time we park there, we are picked up immediately or within a few minutes of when we arrived. We've never worried about getting to the airport on time. Drivers have always been very helpful and courteous.
Ease and efficiency.
They always have my car ready for me when I come back. Especially good with the heat going in the winter after a long flight.
This is the best place to park at PHL since the elimination of the economy parking lot. This was our first time using this service and we couldn't have been more pleased. Super-fast and easy!!
