After listening to his passengers talk about their flight times, he asked if he could deliver the passenger to Terminal 1 before Terminal 2.

Your service is so efficient and your staff is so kind. I have used you several times now - it’s the only way to go when traveling.

Very convenient. Was picked up and dropped off at car. Driver helped load and unload our luggage. Really like the App to request pickup when we arrived back and the vehicle location map to show progress.

I like the relative ease of online reservations. However, the app is not so helpful.

I do not like the fact that I can't scan my QR code to get in out of the lot very easily. Does the app actually show it?? I can't even find my current reservation without driving into the historic summary and there is no QR code there. I'm always printing out my confirmation which is a hassle and then that doesn't work either a lot of the time. At least in Oakland, there is someone there to help check out. At SFO I have to get out of my car to try and get the gate to lift up.

Shoveled me out when we returned from our trip to the big snow storm.
I witnessed our driver stop and help a family that was looking for the entrance. Seriously kind people make such a difference.
When I was leaving the parking ramp my ticket wasn’t working correctly so the lady at the booth had me drive over to her so she could help me. She offered me a bottle of water and was just very nice to me.

Convenient and easy

The bus was behind our car and ready for us to load as soon as we arrived. Drivers were very courteous. On our return there was less than a 5 minute wait for the bus to pull into the designated area at the airport. The person at the exit gate was very friendly and offered us a cold bottled water, which we needed after our flight. Very pleasant experience.
