What do you like about our services?

There was a shuttle every 15 minutes or so and they operate well after hours, which was great coming in on a 1am flight! Quick and painless exit as well after stay!

What do you like about our services?

We did not have to wait too long to be picked up after we parked and the same for when we got back to to MDW. Drivers helped with our bags and we were not charged more when our flight was changed and we got back many hours later than we had planned.

What do you like about our services?

Once again, this location has proven to be a fabulous resource for travel. Everyone is always pleasant, helpful and friendly. Service is always prompt and efficient. This particular trip, Richard Abbott was ready and waiting for us at the airport. We were fresh off the plane from Florida and didn’t have to experience “freeze shock” while waiting outside. The van was all warmed up and ready to go. Richard was very friendly. Thank you so much!!

What do you like about our services?

When I left the lot after a long journey, I was so impressed that the lot attendant offered me a bottle of water! That was so appreciated for my long drive home! It was unexpected and made my day!

The reservation and in/out with the QR code was very easy.

What do you like about our services?

We used the valet service. So easy, convenient, courteous, prompt. Our return pick up was a little before midnight after a long day coming back from Guatamala. Our driver, Rinh gets five stars. As exhausted as we were he got us to smile with his "Welcome home!"
