Dropped car off 4am inside. And when I came back, cars lined up. Guys were very polite.

Close to air port. Prompt with pick up from car. Helpful with luggage. Easy to reserve online. Vehicle seems secure in lot, should specify that on the website. Cheaper than air port parking. Knowledgeable drivers. However I wish you had a sign at entry gate that specifies how to scan the q.r. code from phone from pre-booking telling you to hold phone below digital screen to scan code as it is not specified, we didnt know, took a ticket and when speaking with the driver it seems this is a reoccurring issue because they knew exactly what we were asking before we even finished asking it. Fix this small and easy problem and it would make things easier for everyone. Overall good experience.

The gentleman at the gate for check out was extremely helpful and courteous. Took a while for the bus to pick us up but when it finally did arrive it was a quick boarding and got on our way swiftly.

Upon arrival...i found myself alone driving around the parking lot trying to find a space...there was no one around. Finally after beeping the horn someone came to my assistance. He just kept repeating the gate is open, the gate is open. thenk he came back and i followed him to a space. He was rushing me and said i have your suitcase some on. I said no i want to go back and check my car. Sure enough my keys were on the seat. When he gave me the ticket. I asked him if i should leave it in the car and he said yes. so upon return i had not ticket. I feel that there was ot enough customer service on the front end.
However, when i came back the guy was really patient and comforting. We had to drive around and look for my car. It was 11 pm. And not stressful like coming in. Overall I think this is a good company dedicated to customer service. I think it needs better communication skills from some of there workers. i do not want this to be a public review
