What do you like about our services?

We have parked at the facility many, many times over the years. This has been a good experience for us. The facility has become quite busy.
At our last stay, the covered, self park areas were all full and we parked in the only available area up on the roof area. Upon exiting, the attendant was unable to make the adjustment in fees for the lesser priced spot. I was directed to contact the Asst manager, Mr Mancuso by email. I did that to : Email address removed explaining the situation and including reservation numbers and exit ticket #. Never received a reply. It’s not a large sum but the lack of acknowledgment is more concerning. Thanks, Mark Brahs DDS
