Customer Testimonials

very prompt shuttle drivers. lots clean and organized.

Love the pick you and your luggage up at your space so we don’t have to lug it to the shuttle stop like we had to do with Expresso parking. Because of this we will always choose Park n Fly- kudos!

Easy to use convient

Ease of access, timely transportation to and from airport!

This was our first-time parking in Miami. Our Park N Fly experience was exceptional. We loved having a covered area to park in. We will definitely use this facility again in the future!

Easy to find location near the airport, good prices with the ability to earn free days, fast pickup and drop off. Friendly drivers who help with luggage.

fast delivery to and from airport

Staff is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful with our luggage.
We parked our car in the surface lot. While gone on vacation, it snowed with accumulations around 20inches. I was dreading having to come back to a car that was buried in snow. What a great surprise that our car was totally cleaned off before our arrival! AND, the driver offered to shovel around our car so we could easily enter and pull out of our parking spot.
This service solidified our liking for this location. We will continue to park here when we take vacation and will recommend to family and friends.
Thank you for the great service!

fast, easy, and always with a smile

The fast and frequent shuttles

Safe, fast, convenient

Easy and safe

I like your numbered parking spaces, quick pickups and drop-offs, and friendly, helpful drivers who help load and unload my luggage.

Everything was as stated. Drop off and pickup went smoothly

It’s easy.

I used to use a local Park/Sleep/fly hotel, but the shuttle service was not good. I usually had to wait a very long time to be picked up by the shuttle on my return flight. I've started using Park N Fly Plus a few months ago. So far, I'm very pleased with them. When I drop my car off a Park n Fly Plus shuttle is there with in minutes to pick me up. When I return their shuttle usually arrives within 10/15 minutes, if they are not already there waiting. The shuttles drivers are always very helpful with my luggage and friendly. I highly recommend Park N Fly and Park N fly Plus for your parking needs at the airport.

How friendly the staff is. From check-in and check-out to the drivers. They go above and beyond regardless of the time of the day. A big shout out to your staff.

Convenient and Prompt pickup.

Convenient and organized

Personnel and especially driver who helped me with wife with limited walking ability and one went out of his way to help when we returned. All staff were excellent.

simple and efficient

Fast, friendly, helpful.

Usually everything is perfect. This past time the car was not out Already and we had to wait at the airport for thirty minutes. The gentleman said there were problems and he comped the remaining balance. When I called to go over the balance no one could figure it out.

..

Parking, pickup is quick and convenient. I ended up coming back 2 days late due to delays and they only charged me for one day. Drivers are courteous and helpful with luggage.

Everything. The driver was helpful with our bags. The wait for a ride was short. We used valet parking and our car was ready and waiting for us on our return.

We definitely book with you for our next trip.

The driver, Rebel, was extremely nice, he picked us up right at our card in a matter of minutes. He helped load our luggage. I being in a hurry left my backpack in the car. He was kind enough to bring us back to our car and drove us right to the car to get my backpack. We had the same driver on our return and he loaded our luggage again and even unloaded it into the back of our car. Extremely friendly and nice. Will definitely use this service again.
