On Friday FEB 24 WE RETURNED TO Hubert Humphery TERMINAL about 8pm and called for pick up Came out of building a few minutes later. There was a van but he let a few people go ahead of us and he was full . He said he had gotten our call and another van would be there in a few minutes. 25 minutes later there was still not another van We had to call again and they finally sent a van. There was 6 of us and we were freezing. We have usually gotten good service but not this time. I Blame the Van Driver He said another would be there but he did not notify another driver that there was still people waiting.

Getting picked up in order at the facility. I don't like the pick-up line and signage at the airport. There needs to be a way to keep people from just walking up to the front of the line and getting in front of everyone who have been waiting. It's chaos out there.
When it's late and you've been waiting for 15+ minutes and someone jumps in front because there is no set area to form a line it is frustrating!
