Customer Testimonials

Friendly drivers. Ease of access. Don’t like how tight the exit is though.

all god, clean efficient and friendly

Your facility is clean and cared for. We feel our vehicle is safe on your property. Your system of texting the van once we have our luggage is prompt. Your people are courteous and helpful. This is where we go to park our car. Period.

Convenient location, prompt pick up service, courteous drivers and reasonably priced.

This was our first time using your service. It came recommended from a relative. I found the service to be extremely convenient and easy to use. I will use it again in the future.

Prompt, efficient and pleasant experience for our first time.

I liked being able to reserve the parking ahead of time online. The parking lot was pretty full, but we were able to get in with our reservation and go to the airport quickly.
We arrived after midnight, so we called for a pickup and the shuttle was there in 5 minutes.
Everything was great.

Kind, helpful staff. Speedy sevice.

Fast. Efficient convenient and friendly

I have been a long standing customer. The last couple of times I have been less than pleased . When i returned on 2/25 I was the first person in the van from the airport. When I arrived at the lot I was asked to go to the counter. This is the second time that this has happened over the last 6 months. I asked why my car was not waiting when I arrived. The cars for the other clients who were in the van were ready. The staff person explained because it was a holiday weekend, and because there were too many cars. Those are not good reasons as I had a "contract" for valet parking. I understand mistakes and unplanned factors but poor excuse are not good for customers. Disappointed but not angry. It seems to be a drop off in service from Park and Fly that I have not had in my more than 10 years of using your service. Thanks

Great attendants and drivers. Always have a place for me.

Convenient and reliable

It is always so easy to check in and shuttles are always readily available to transport you to the terminals. Upon return, shuttles arrive quickly and are not always cramped inside. I always look forward to using PNF.

Very easy, great attitudes, will be back again when we need a place to leave our vehicle

Convenient to the airport

We had left our keys behind and could not get into our vehicle. It was 1:30 AM and very cold.
One of the drivers stopped and said we could wait in the office ( where it was nice and warm) until help came. The woman in the office was very friendly and helpful. The hospitality was much appreciated.

Drivers were very helpful and cordial

Very convenient. Appears to be very secure. Shuttles are constantly operating so there’s little to no wait going or coming from the airport

Best service ever. Even helping with the luggage. Been using park and fly for 3 years and a row now and planning to use it moving forward. New car wash is awesome too! Totally recommending it. Keep up the excellent work!
