Easy & outside airport! Nice helpful drivers! Lifting luggage is very hard for me driver took out of my trunk put on bus-back to car after trip loaded luggage on bus then back into my car trunk!!

Option to make a reservation. FYI, on my recent Feb 20-23 trip I paid for inside parking. On Feb 23, at midnight, during pouring rain, the shuttle driver asked me if she could drop me off at the door because the shuttle was big and aisles were narrow. Obviously my response was no.

It was our first time using Park n’ Fly and we were blown away with how nice and efficient everything was. Took us only a couple of minutes to get in the lot, park, and be picked up by the shuttle bus. The driver of the shuttle bus was super friendly and even loaded/unloaded our bags. When we arrived back at the airport, we were picked up in under 10 minutes! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks!

Covered parking and meticulous employees - the first driver suggested I take pictures of my QR code, and the Company card - so if I lost the paper copies - I'd still have records!

The cost is reasonable. The driver assistance getting into the vehicle is appreciated. The only recommendation I have is recognizing that people headed to the airport do not appreciate waiting for you to fill that last seat in the vehicle because time is usually an issue. I understand your business need to optimize but I also want to state the customer perspective as well.

I love the way the services that they took good care of me carried my bags the shuttles are so nice and clean friendly drivers extremely helpful made me feel very comfortable had my car ready to go at valet I was so happy excellent service.
