Everything! easy to get to; easy to reserve ahead and easy to do so by just hopping into and do paperwork for your last minute stay. A plus getting ride to airport with luggage and then being picked up on your return and having your vehicle waiting for you1

I had two trips planned: A road trip to Charlotte, NC followed by a flight to Tampa. Left my car in PnF, then rode with my friend to Charlotte. A driver was directing folks to best parking areas and quickly understood my situation. Explained where to park and to take a picture of my lot number. Once I returned from Tampa, the driver used my picture to deliver me to my car.

Instruction for pickup from the airport on your reminder ticket PLEASE add first floor in Silver Parking ramp, very weird signage at the airport for silver ramp. We ended up going to the 6th floor by mistake, called your office to verify that we were in the correct place and person in the office was very helpful.

The parking is close to Midway and easy to get to. The shuttle was right there when we got out of our car. We did have to wait a bit for our pick up at Midway. I gave them a high rating as they were very cooperative. The day after we got home my husband couldn't find his phone. So I called it and someone from Park 'N Fly found his phone. She said they had found the phone and would have it at the front booth. I told her we wouldn't be able to get there for a couple days and she said that was fine. When we did get there, his phone was at the booth and she was charging it. What a considerate employee. Also, they wouldn't have had to answer the phone in the first place. Thank you and see you when we fly again.

What do you like about our services?

loved your friendly, prompt service, except for the driver who dropped us off on Monday night at at approx. 6:00pm and was outwardly put off (and let us know it) when we didn't provide him a tip. we usually tip but this time our hands were full of purses, dog carriers, luggage and carry-ons and didn't think we had change. It was so awkward, we finally told him to hold on while we searched through our wallets and bags for tip money while the entire bus was watching. really unprofessional.

The gentleman at the exit provided us a smile, thank you and waters. only one bad apple- everyone else was fantastic on our visit.
