it was easy to make the reservation and to park when we arrived. The only thing we didn't like was that we had to be dropped off at the arrivals level as my husband needed a wheelchair which you get at the departure level. It was very difficult to drag our luggage into the terminal to the elevators and then to the check in machines and finally get to the wheelchair station.

On a BIG blizzard day, your service was excellent and I was pleased that my reservation allowed for me to have a parking space in a nearly full lot. Pleasant and helpful workers who let me stand inside the office during the snow storm. Pleasant phone response upon landing back in MSP at 10 p.m. Pleasant driver who dropped me off at my Jeep. All around: excellent service. Thanks!
