We came early due to illness and ask for a refund since we only parked in your lot for 5 days instead of 10 days but haven’t heard anything from you. I like the direct route to the airport and back to the parking lot. I like being picked up almost immediately after parking my car. I also liked Brenda picking me up despite having already departed from the shuttle bay on the night of 3/2.

I returned from a trip to find a completely dead battery. The shuttle attendants were great in helping me first get access to the car and then helping get the car running. Their help was greatly appreciated as it was brutally cold.
