The drivers were wonderful, very professional and pleasant. However, the person at the booth when I was leaving needs to change his attitude or find a new job!. During my check out, I had trouble with scanning the QR code I had since I repaid for my parking. I saw someone by the window and at one point he was not looking in my direction, so I pressed the button that said press for service. To my disbelief, he says to me very nasty, almost yelling. WHY are you pressing the code, I'm right now. I was in shock. I stated the issue and he was able to scan the code and I left. I thought to myself, I have options, I travel often for business. I can park someplace else. However, I decided to share this with you. I still have my receipt, the casher was Marion M, Receipt No: PLSCBPhone number removed. Date is 3/5/2023 AT 08:17PM.

I had a fantastic experience. I was able to hop on a shuttle as soon a I dropped of my car. I waited only a few minutes for the shuttle when I returned and my car was ready for me as soon as I arrived. it was very convenient!

The upgraded buses (nighttime floor level lighting!) and apparent good frequency of bus service at both ends has improved since last year & during COVID for obvious reasons.

It's much cheaper than other parking options. It is safe, I got picked up right away after I parked my car. It didn't take much time at all to get to the airport and the driver was very friendly and helpful.

Shuttle drivers were very friendly and professional.

It was easy to download your app, make a reservation, save my QR code in my wallet app, drop the car off and pick it up. So easy and convenient!! No waiting for the shuttle at the SFO airport after I called. Some services only have shuttles only once an hour before 8am and after 5 pm. Seemless and easy. And my car was safe. Thank you!! We will use this service again.
