Customer Testimonials
It was as anticipated with service and a smile.
Quick efficient.
Patrick my return driver gave me the "white glove" service walking my bag to the car. Great friendly service.
The shuttle was waiting for us when we came out of the airport. That was the first time that ever happened.
Convenient and a good value
The people who worked the gate and the bus - both very friendly, seemed like they truly enjoyed their job. Very friendly, very convenient, and very quick.
Your services are very consistent. It’s a very easy process as I’ve used Park ‘N Fly for many years.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Plus the service shuttle is very prompt - and the gentleman who drove me and also picked me up (same guy) was so incredibly kind and helpful, making sure nothing was forgotten (and windows closed for upcoming rain!) and welcomed me back with a great memory. Lovely experience.
Good customer service.
Easy parking, and paramount service.
Your shuttles were prompt and your employees very helpful.
Friendly and efficient employees.
Reliable, safe and friendly!
Convenience
It makes traveling out of San Francisco airport so easy
It was easy to rebook when our flight was canceled. When we arrived the bus was there to pick us up before we got out of the vehicle!
Whole process is very easy. Nice to come back to a warm car. All staff are friendly and helpful.
Price and location and easy to use
Rinh was superb! So professional and helpful, couldn’t suggest him or park n fly more.
Fast and easy
Love the ease of the reservation process, QR code and directions provided by text. The drivers are also super nice. The only thing that was a tad confusing was not having direction on where to park once we pulled into the outdoor lot to drop the car off. With all the snow and many, many vehicles - someone to say where to go would have been nice.
Quick pickup both at the lot and the airport.
Great service with valet, quick shuttle and car was ready when I returned. I feel safer with my car parking with PNF than in Economy at airport
Your drivers are amazing so helpful for people that do not fly much!!!!
Very helpful staff from front desk, gate keeper and bus drivers. Thank you, you made our trip!
Great job Fast and friendly
The ease of booking online, no hidden fees.
It is always a seamless trip when I use you guys. The drivers are nice. Thanks so much!
Very friendly staff. Comfortable office. Great service for the car. Quick pickup to and from airport.
Your Drivers are the best. Also during an 11 day vacation I mistakenly left my driver side window down and the manager taped a garbage bag over my window. I love this care and attention.
There’s no better place to park at Bradley. They provide excellent customer service, clean and modern shuttles, and will have your vehicle warmed and ready to go upon your return. Their lots are well lit and secured, they have clean facilities, and it’s incredibly easy to make your reservation online or over the phone. All that for an extremely fair price.
